Both UEFA Champions League semi-finals are now in the books. PSG edged Bayern Munich 6-5 on aggregate at the Allianz Arena, and Arsenal saw off Atletico Madrid 2-1 on aggregate at the Emirates earlier in the week. The 2026 UCL Final is set: PSG vs Arsenal at the Puskás Aréna, Budapest, on Saturday 30 May 2026 (early Sunday morning AEST). Defending champions PSG return to the final; Arsenal reach their first since 2006.
Bayern Munich 1-1 PSG (PSG Win 6-5 on Aggregate)
Ousmane Dembélé needed just two minutes at the Allianz Arena to ice it. After a sensational run from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia down the left, the Frenchman slid home the early opener that left Vincent Kompany’s Bayern needing four. Harry Kane pulled one back to make it 1-1 on the night, but with PSG already 5-4 ahead from the first leg in Paris, the aggregate held: 6-5 to the defending champions. PSG advance to a second consecutive Champions League final.
Arsenal 1-0 Atletico Madrid (2-1 on Aggregate)
The North London leg was tighter and tenser. Following a 1-1 first leg at the Metropolitano, Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal needed a result at home against Diego Simeone’s typically dogged Atletico. Bukayo Saka delivered. The Gunners’ return-to-form story this spring was capped with a 1-0 home win that sent Arsenal to a first Champions League final since 2006 — a 20-year wait ended.
